Hi,
All I know is that C:\windows\system32\shscrap.dll I quarantined along with some spyware; missing C:\\WINDOWS\system32\fnczth.dll it came with a trojan_downloader-zlob.eqn. its the first that pops-up on my Windows I'm not even sure what it is or if, it's no longer in my PC. It may be that I turned off or it could b that C:\WINDOWS\System32\Rundll32.exe is actually the one; I actually de-actvated b/cus some online tech showed me for trying he's RegCure Program claiming to get rid of threats; I don't even think that's possible, or if u can regain a file by dowloading it w/out geting a virus that may prevent the access of some software components to function on a PC to use a printer. In the same manner; a Doc on a burned CD won't open either. Such as in this case; pops-up C:\windows\system32\shscrap.dll and I was told it may be due to a corrupt CD or worse HARDRIVES. Due to that denies the purpose of a USB cable Igot to transfer my mobile's phone data and pics to my PC;instead this pop's up
c:\windows\system32\sprt_ads.dll and in order to remove it. Is unnstalling J2SERuntime Environment5.0 Update 6 allow me to use my USB CABLE to connect phone to the PC, finally process? It's the closest that I have to a file Java 2 Runtime Environment, SE v1.4.2_04 according to the steps on majorgeeks.com site's search I paste c:\windows\system32\sprt_ads.dll but I downloaded The Avenger file and my TM Antivirus and Antispyware checked as a possible threat Iguess its good I didn't extract it besides every other that I have results 100% safe. PLEASE DOES ANY1 KNOW HOW TO GET RID OF THIS POP UP PESTS PLIZ DO SHARE?
