Perhaps you don't know that a syphilis symptom is a manifestation of enlarged lymph nodes (nodules...), syphilis being a disease development once one has encountered Treponema pallidum.

But let's say my sentence didn't make any sense at all and yours was indeed an intellectual delight. There are certain lulls here in acronymville, and certain peaks. That is how it tends to go because speed is a factor.

You could start another thread where speed wasn't a factor, but the cleverest would get the go ahead for the next word to be played on.
