ROMANCING

Roger's on mainline ASCETICISM now Clarissa's insistent nagging's grating.

I think Fritz is trying to break the world record in Acronym games for leaving the next player to deal with "consonant Y" endings. The awkwardness of solutions provided must give him some personal satisfaction I assume. Possibly he is hoping to break our hearts so that he ends up being the terminator of this prestigious thread.

@Dutchy,
As usual, spendi, you're wrong. Why would I want to end a game I get so much pleasure out of playing? And knowing some of my words annoy you is just a bonus. A few posts back I intentionally (oh, there's that dreaded "consonant Y" ending again) didn't cap the "Y" of the word in case you wanted to give it a try. Mame threw caution to the wind and ably crafted a fine sentence, including the "consonant Y" ending. I think most posters here are competent enough to take the occasional "X" or "Y" in stride. Maybe there's a child's version of this game you might be more comfortable playing.

EMBOLDEN
