Should be jusqu'au-boutisme (till the end-ism).

Does any hard-liner, "hard-linerism" speaks to you?

Yes- Thanks.

Is "anything goes" suitable? Or "exhausting the realm of the possible"?

Not really, those terms have a milder approach than what jusqu'au-boutisme implies.

Anything goes = Tout est permis
Exhausting the realm of the possible = épuisant le champ du possible.

However, you could use the term in a more metaphoric way:

- Il était connu pour son jusqu'au-boutisme romantique.

(He was known as a romantic hard-liner).
