Adobe Flash Upgrade?

I just got an upgrade to a cable connection from dial-up. Happy as a clam.

I found a message saying that I could get an upgrade on my Adobe flash to enhance my video/Internet experience.

Didn't know I had Adobe flash. Should I upgrade it? Will I have to pay for such a thing?

To any brave soul who chooses to answer this: Please respond in uncomputer language. Assume you're talking to an idiot. I won't be offended. In fact, I'll be grateful.

Thanks.

Here's the technical explanation:

The short answer is that it will make many animated pages on the internet look better.

Thanks Phoenix. This is the first day I've been able to see moving images without them stopping and starting like they have the hiccups.

When the Flash message reappears (I clicked on that), I'll download it.

Will wonders never cease?

Why wait? Here's the link to the download:

the download link is on the right.

Hey, if you have already downloaded the program, you don't have to download it again, or am I reading you incorrectly?
