@mismi,
Thanks for the invite, MissMeeeMeee, but I'll stay up here. I need my snow. My biggest complaint this winter is that we didn't get enough winter. Not enough cold, not enough snow. I love winter!


(73's getting toward the top end of what I consider comfortable, I'm a Siberian Husky by nature)

OH- well then - you are definitely in the right place Wink.

It was the opposite for us. We had over a week below freezing. I don't think I have ever experienced that before! And we might have actually killed of some of the very large mosquitoes...I can only hope.

But I love snow. Don't get much of it down here. But I am now past the longing for it and ready to move on to SPRING!

Sunday morning here and I'm seriously thinking of going to Church and ask forgiveness for my indiscretions towards the female sex over the past 24 hours. Will that do dear mismi?

Having probs loading the tracker on A2K so lets go the long way round.
Click on this link....
http://www.flightstats.com/go/FlightTracker/flightTracker.do

In the box under Carrier,delete "Enter an airline name or code" and type
(EK) Emirates

In the box under Flight Number type 216

Hit the TRACK button

That takes you to another page and again hit the Track button.
Up pops a map showing the position of the plane.

YOUR HUBBY IS COMING HOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

His Boeing 777 - 200LR is in South East Montana,heading for North Dakota then on to Canada,speed 522 mph at a height of 31,000 ft.Still 7,387 miles to Dubai (DXB) and his next flight.

Don't worry,he's just leaving Canadian airspace heading for Greenland and Iceland,towards the northern part of Europe.Still a long way to go.My tracker says 5712 miles to DXB.

5712 divided by 564 = just under 10 hours and seeing as he's on LA time,he's prolly watching an in flight movie and thinking about getting a bit of shuteye and trying to forget about the bland western food!
