@Roberta,
BOIDA - I am lumping too.... but I havta go unlump and be domesticated! Shocked

Ahhhhhhh " goilies " thanku " I just point and shoot (such an amateur), but what I feel inside is different than just looking at an object or a scene " looking thru a lens is like looking thru the “looking glass” " it is a wonderland. Daft, I know " but nothing is as it seems when you look thru a lens Shocked It’s like everything that’s around you just disappears, all you see is your focus (what’s inside), and you capture a moment - that's why it's peaceful - nothing to distract, it just what's in front of you at that very moment. Thing is, when I look at real photos " ya know, professional photos " I do “oooh” and “ahhh” - I saw a pic the other day that made me cry, it was so beautiful " but, even if mine don’t come out, if the feeling is there " then for me, it works. Bit like the one at the bottom here - makes I larf!

You should see the photos the bloke I met at the beach takes (the guy in the red shirt) " OMGAWD " his photos are just unbelievable. Oh, in fact, you can " this is his handle http://www.flickr.com/search/?w=all&q=tedtedrick&m=text (oh, am I allowed to do that " nem’mind, just did " he’s a pro).

Imagery, imagination " I have an overactive one! Truly, I am barking mad, that's my bubblesville Wink But thanking you " I do love taking pics.

Ha " now trying to make head nor tail of all that I just said will give you a bigger headache. I know what I mean, I just can’t explain it too well.

Have a great day at work Mis " and sing like the angel you are. Love you x

And yes.... YES... naughty day can be any day " HA!

Now TC " who is your friend there?..... and is he coming over soon! <sings ABBA " being a disco gal " “Take A Chance On Me” " oh, for a little frivolity! That would be cake and eat it! <OK.... winds neck back in and starts to behave, if I must> Rolling Eyes roll on Feel Good Friday....

RH " yep " Turn The World Around - excellent toon!

So.... Wichita in a Storm (good grief " I’m actually posting more pics - there's a thing)

Earl Grey in a teacup would be lovely. So is life.... life is for living.

Love a bit of lightening and a dragonfly!

I am completely wiped tonite " I swear the little fella was fed jumping beans at school " I don’t think I’ve ever seen him so happy when he came back from school tonite " he boarded for 2 nites and had the best time, he did well in science, loved art and finally, he says.....”MATHS came like a jolt, Mom. One minute I couldn’t do it, now I can” - long division (mmmmmmmm......... lalallallallaaaaaaaaaaaaalallalalala quietly whistles to oneself, pass the calculator!) Wink AND " he’s been picked for the rugby team on Saturday " he’s sub.... but he’s soooo happy and excited. It’s over in the town at my old school (as in the school I went to, not worked at - it’s always strange going back there and seeing the Masters).

Now, it’s 10.50pm and I have to go iron school uniform " gosh, I really ought to be far more organised .

Back in a bit.

OH - FQ.... when you go to put these on

Heck sorry to disappoint there - but military is far comfier! Very strict occasions to be sure. HA! Now hush your mouth.

Sooooo.... looking good for Ireland next week. Paddy, gonna PM you for tips on where to go... Wexford, rather a lovely place to stay on the river - GUncs 80th birthday - he travels the world, strangely, he enquired after me - he's amazing on his website - how does he do what he does - he's a little on the loaded side and there will be well over a 100 folk there who he "treating to the bash" - have I anything appropriate to wear - nahhhhhh.

Sheeeeesh - gonna take 10 hours to travel there - but all will be coco - quite fancy a titanic on the Irish Ferry -don't think we got no bergs.... maybe some burgers...... might have to do a jig on the deck.

Any advice of where to and what's totally unmissable ...... well, Wexfords the name, fun is the game. Lots of Pro Irish dancing - and back on Monday LATE.

Climbing the pears...............falling down. x Lovin' y'all x

Ohwee....blue footed boobies. Bizarre little birdies...
I am sure that Tryagain with his foot fetish (forgot all about that Izzie) would love blue footed boobies...probably any boobies to be perfectly honest.

I am past tired. And I still have to do my lesson plans to turn in for next week. Yuck.

Hugs y'all.
You make me laugh.
I love that.

@Dutchy,
Oh what a beautiful morning lalalalallalallallaaaaaaaaaaaaa

IT WAS THE FIRST ONE...

The first mists were down this morning - it was gorgeous - cold nite last nite and the sun was rising as we drove along the road to catch the school bus, sky was blue blue and the mist was lying low in the valley lingering amongst the trees and over the rivers. The trees have started turning - all sploodges of colours are on the leaves - best time of day as the mist rests in the valley, so peaceful, then .... a little bit of warm..... and it's gone, the day breaks. Eyes wide open. Got a few boids outside singing a merry tune - can't see them, just can hear them.

Taking this from our Missy's Take That

2 years ago, the song of the moment - gosh - how life changes. What a wonderful life.... you can have it all, even with your knickers tucked in the back of yer dress Wink Ha - how long ago was that avatar.

@Izzie,

It's a lovely part of the world, to be sure.

You were on Asgard, I seem to remember. The Irish connection on this thread is intriguing. Maybe I'll learn more later.
(I was on board Asgard off the Isle of Wight. She was rafted up beside Christian Radich for a barbie and a party..we were en route to Newcastle from Cherboug with, among others, a party of Irish youth from Waterford.

Another "Queen" of the seas......this is a good laugh.
