did you know that the toxin in poison ivy and poison oak stays active after the plant is dead and dried out, i'm thinking when i was up north, i cleared a patch of dead brush, so i may have got into some dried material

I can't think of any poison plants that I have been around. Though - I have heard that animals can bring the oils in on their fur...which is why I washed the animals...because I'll bet that may be why I got it.

Still - the laundry did not get done. But I have high hopes for tomorrow.

Hi mismi and verbivore wishing you both well. Beagle has indeed been very busy with his two little guests, had a whale of a time today and lots of fun, carted them all over town, shopping malls, the Zoo, McDonald's, fun rides you name it and they had it. Wore them out I think as they were in bed by 8pm! As for me, I'm heading the same way shortly. Catch you all tomorrow.

I am up and at them. I have finally finished all of the Twilight series so I can focus. I have issues. I can't seem to concentrate when I am in the middle of a book until I finish it. Series are such a pain in the fanny. They take so long to get through so I can finally be productive again. Twilight is a guilty pleasure - I do not usually let myself get involved in that bubble gum stuff...well because apparently I am like an alcoholic falling off the wagon...cannot stop myself. Ridiculous really. Seriously - the Prof is very unhappy with me right now...he had to go find his own drawers this morning.

Well...I figure it's good for him. Will make him appreciate me all the more once I get that laundry folded and put away.

We are bowling this afternoon. I think it will be fun! Me and my dear friend are going to sit and drink beer and watch the fellers as they sling their bowling balls into the next lane. Should be very entertaining.

docs today for general check up (first time in like 30 years or more), poison ivy healing, heart and lungs are apparently okay, need to lose weight (all that schooling to tell me something i already know), blood work tomorrow (oh boy, my veins don't like needles), lucky i have about 3 more years before i have to get more invasive test (umm, doctor, why are you putting on that rubber glove )

while i was waiting for it i watched a bat swooping around eating bugs, haven't seen one around here for years, good to see them back

bats are good.....very, very good

We throw pine cones over the water down at the lake and watch the bats chase them. It's fun. My boys think it's awesome.

hi all no much issues..the back pain is due to the extra strain..i had to work & travel the whole weekend..clean house, do the dishes and cook..rest..hot water and a better sitting posture might help! it happens as teh tummy starts forming it seems..the tummy ache.was due to indigestion..she has given me an antibiotic treatment for anthr 3 days! smething i just hate and am scared of well lets c..
missing u all..getting a connection at home sorted out really su**s!!
every sing;e day i call them up to knw ill have to wait anthr day...anthr couple of days..seems endless..
getting too lazy to work these days..but acnt afford many leaves /..lets c

Well nearly another day spent with the family. After a beautiful lunch we returned home packed their car and now they're on their long drive (500 miles) home.
