I'm good thanks Mis - just way way tired after a busy day in the garden. Work was fine - got a whole lot of stuff to do next term - think the pressure will be turned up - headteech has a pile of "doo doo" on her plate and is gonna need a lot of support - loyalty and all that - she's gonna need some back up - bless her. She's a good person (even tho she kinda upset me a while back) - we had a chat today and I just said as a Head, she can't allow "friendships" with staff to change the decisions she's having to make - ya know, budgets, redundancies and all the palava! Gonna be a heck of a term next term - there's a verra unhappy colleague and she's causing a rumpus! Serious doodoo for the school.
I think the Head wants me to take the finance back on - mmmm.... dunno if I want that pressure tho (big pressure) - it's been quite nice not having to think about the budget over the last year even tho finance is my thing. We'll see.
Luckily for me I don't get involved in the "politics" of it all being admin, not teacher - just gotta back up the Head by getting on with the job and keep my office ticketyboo and the paperwork in place!
Seeing the consultant tomorrow to see what can be done to try and get me stable again - oof - my hands are really disgusting right now.... I mean really disgusting - s'cr@p really. Hey ho.
