News of my demise was somewhat exaggerated, as it turned out to be a chipped nail. Distraught I managed to secure an emergency appointment with my manicurist who (the squeamish should look away NOW!) rubbed the chipped area with a file to smooth away any globs or rough edges. Then let it dry and then brushed a small amount of nail polish on the chipped area. After the polish has dried, apply a clear coat of nail polish or polish sealant to prevent future chipping.
Yuck! I almost fainted; a few weeks bed rest and I think I will pull through.
Dear Brooke, I am sure your doggies miss you as much as we do, please reconsider returning to the safety of your home; it will all work out.
Sweet Izzie wrote, “…no doubt gallavanting around as you do”
‘Gallavanting’! Now there’s a word you don’t see every day; I am sure Missy will want to know the etymology of that.
Here I am in the market in Orissa on my way to look for the temples of King Yayati Kesari I.
I’m over by the cycle rack…

Look; I have found some already…
Keep shaking Alex!
Best wishes to all the crew, I hope y’all doing ok!
Until the next time folks.
