So sorry - my internet is kaput - I don't know when I will get it back. I am gutted!!!!!!! I don't know HOW I'm gonna cope without it - seriously - ACK - how sad am I. At work right now and can't yabber. Had hospital appointment this morning - he went to give me a steroid injection into my finger joints... I just couldn't do it - I know, wimp - am having a splint made for it to see if that will reduce the swelling - it's not looking real pretty right now - lots of xrays and bloods taken - the disease is active right now - ACK and double ACK! My windows are doors are being fitted today - lots of mess everywhere....but OH..... am so gonna love my door!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Heaps of work to catch up on too so I had better go. Sorry.

I desperately hope my broadband will be fixed soon ...

HA - I was yabbering on the phone to Barry as I couldn't work out where I had left my car. He said for me to press the remote and look for the lights as they flashed - HA - that's funny - you can't see the lights for MUD! oooooops. Maybe the car needs a bath this weekend!!!!!!!! Hey.... I feel like weeping...

have had the day from heck and back....

i shouldn't whinge

but i will

i'm cold!!!!!! finished at work, so much to do and too many hospital appointments of late, got home, hair-cut - just a little, not the lot - back in house, frrrrrrrrrrrrezing, half windows done as one guy didn't show, no vents in windows - just holes so they are taped up with black tape, one window smashed already ('it happens!). They did one window - inside, push out - wood dropped on gas line, took out the valve, I didn't know, no heating, had to call my plumber - he's in Ireland - he sent his son over, I tried to fix it - the boiler - I took it apart, I used my power tool!!! - then I thought - GAS - maybe not - gosh, so many wires in a gas boiler - dozens of lovely coloured wires, ack......meanwhile, had to get S-boy somewhere warm so he has gone to my parents (ack, hated asking), took an hour for the plumbers son to sort - he did tho (love him) and house is beginning to warm - stitches itch, feet cold, joints aching, its 10 to 8 and I have just sat down - and now will have to sign back off as I am on dial up and no one knows when they will fix broadband - bloody British Telecom.

my new windows that are half in do look very lovely and the two lads are also very nice chaps, I have heat now slowly but surely, I have dial up - I AM BLONDE!!!!! reasons to be happy!!!

My door comes tomorrow.... I'm so gonna love my door.

Actually, it's not so bad is it? Nah.... no more whinging. Smiling now - perspective gained.... stooopid whiny moo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It all started when the Professors wife who I call Kermit and this naked chick who were local church members calling door to door spreading the message of goodwill to all men; and they said that also meant me!

Well, they were far too cute to be from the church and I told them in no uncertain terms that I did not want to hear their message and open myself up to the sins of the flesh and then slammed the door in their faces.


To my surprise, the door did not close. In fact, it bounced back open. That is when I feared them syreens were intent on loving me up and turning me into a horny toad.

So I tried again and really put my back into the job, and slammed at the door again.

Same results, the door bounced back like it was made of Silly Putty.

Convinced one of these sexy church members was sticking a foot in the door, I reared back to give the door a mighty slam that would ensure I was free from temptation.

Just then, one of the church members said, "Try, before you do that again, you might wanna move your cat."

“Bless your heart” they both said as they walked off.

Oh BEAgle... ha " you woulda thought huh! Just one of those days where it was very trying times " HA HA! Feeling better now I am warmer " I’m so cr@p in the cold and tired to boot " makes me grumpy and cranky. When I get my broadband back I will post pics of how happy my windows look " I am very lucky to be able to have new windows " the chaps are arriving between 7.30am/8am tomorrow and also coming on Sunday too.

Ohhhhhhhhhh..... I have firewood now....RESULT!!!!!! mmmmmm......gotta figure out how to chop it up, but I’ve kept all the old window frames. It’s all stacked in the garage.... smells lovely actually " good wood smell. So that’s all a bit coco!
