@verbivore,
Verbivore you're kidding, you know very well what I meant. Try is a wolf in sheep's clothing and occasionally changes colour. Didn't you see the resemblance in Tryst and Tryagain's writing? Another piece for your blog.
Trust you're having a great Sunday.
That Dutchy is such a sport Miss Verbivore; why, I’m as Australian as Mom’s apple pie, how else would I know the words to the Rolf Harris classic…
SPOKEN:
There's an old Australian stockman lying, dying. He gets himself up
onto one elbow and 'e turns to his mates, who are all gathered around and 'e says:
Watch me wallabies feed, mate
Watch me wallabies feed,
They're a dangerous breed, mate
So watch me wallabies feed
Altogether now!
CHORUS:
Tie me kangaroo down, sport
Tie me kangaroo down
Tie me kangaroo down, sport
Tie me kangaroo down
Keep me cockatoo cool, Curl,
Keep me cockatoo cool
Ah, don't go acting the fool, Curl
Just keep me cockatoo cool
Altogether now!
(CHORUS)
'n' take me koala back, Jack
Take me koala back
He lives somewhere out on the track, Mac
So take me koala back
Altogether now!
(CHORUS)
Let me abos go loose, Lew
Let me abos go loose
They're of no further use, Lew
So let me abos go loose
Altogether now!
(CHORUS)
And mind me platypus duck, Bill
Mind me platypus duck
Ah, don't let 'im go running amok, Bill
Just mind me platypus duck
Altogether now!
(CHORUS)
Play your didgeridoo, Blue
Play your didgeridoo
Ah, like, keep playin' 'til I shoot thru, Blue
Play your didgeridoo
Altogether now!
(CHORUS)
It’s already Monday morning down in OZ; may I wish you all the very best week you have ever had.

@Izzie,
Dear Miss Izzie, I do hope your head is not too sore after your night on the tiles!!!
@Tryst,
Hey there Tryst hunni
Oh - my head is .... less.... er.... woozy.... than last nite - didn't even leave the lounge leave alone act like a cat on a hot tin roof.

Jeez.... what was that all about .... ack.....I don't drink! Nem'mind... it was coco... well, it tasted like cold cocoa

hugs mate xox
@Izzie,
Fair dinkum Shelia, should you ever find yourself on the Bong Bong to Wollongong road (NSW) do stop to see Woop Woop!
@Tryst,
Beaut - A woop woop at Wagga Wagga.... no worries Bruce mate - be seeing ya! Don't forget to bring a billy!
@Izzie,
Sorry Izzie, I think the old goat is going fishing today; its so hot I’m heading for Cockburn, in SA near the NSW border, on the Broken Hill Road; not to be confused with; Wattanobbi in NSW.
Another beauty spot is Hornybrook Bridge over on the Redcliffe Peninsular; but I could not possibly comment!
@Tryst,
Tryst is right, the old goat chucked a sickie, loaded his esky with bundy and stubbies, and with bluey the bitzer in tow, defied the blowies and headed for the mulga and the billabong, so far all I caught are brown-eyed mullets. So for the moment I'm settling for a dingo's breakfast, fair dinkum. Yabber later.
@Tryst,
Tryst. Ha.... laughing my sox off! Who knew that about the horny devil a?! You certainly are getting around....careful you don't crisp the male chook whilst imbibing a nice Port! Don't forget to stop over at the Nullabors Iron Knob and a quick visit to Blowhard in S.Australia on the way to BEAgles place. Ripper! Best of British... and all that a? Toodlepip!
BEAgle... cobber....how is your Monday????
@verbivore,
Quote:Dev - hows the counselling going??
My first co-counseling session is Wed. this week, so I'll let you know. Thanks for askin'! Hopin' you all are well. I'm just busier than a one-legged guy in a butt-kickin' contest!! It's nice to try to read & catch up but there's only so much a girl can do. Love and hugs to all of you!!
Somebody send me a 'virtual' Bailey's, please?!
@Izzie,
G'day Izzie Sheila, Dutchy is giving you the Aussie salute. I'm flat out like a lizard drinking, but will shortly boil a billy Earl Grey. She'll be apples mate.
