Daddy is great Alex- thanks for asking. He goes back in 4 months to get his markers checked. No chemo for now.

I am using both hands now. Still a bit sore - I tend to roll over on it during the night and it aches in the morning...but that soon leaves. Should have full range of motion soon I hope. Doc said something about P.T. - but I don't need no stinkin' P.T. - managing quite well. Thank you!

Dear sweet folks; I am so very sorry for my absence, but these are troubled times and many poor folk are hurting; why, I even turned down the heating in the pool by half a degree due to global warming!

I would have returned sooner had it not been for this Special Agent on my case; known as Elliot Wandel Ness. I just call him ‘Untouchable’. I have the most amazing news to share, it will shake your world, but first things first; it’s good that the rumor that Missy was a bit of a wild cat has been proved to be false, as she has turned out to be armless. (For the hard of hearing; that is spelt ‘harmless’).

May her adventures be a lesson to us all; vertical stability is not a given. However, I have recommended PT; not that she needs it, but it did make me laugh!

Lzzie, your photographs are totally stunning, you see a view of life that simply passes me by; I am indeed embiggen (third-person singular simple present embiggens, present participle embiggening, simple past and past participle embiggened) by them as Homer might say. Oh, your sister looks great too!

Dutchy, you look too young to have grandchildren; can you start a ‘Healthy Lifestyle’ thread because these six burgers a day with fries and a shake don’t seem to be working……..I’m still losing weight!

Veggie, keep going girlie, you will get where you wanna be soon. Also belated birthday anniversary wishes; have a chapati on me. Btw; can you tell me the difference between a chapati and a naan?

I always find it strange that out of the crew, there are at least four studying in one form or another, what with Brooke; who I call ‘Snuggles’; Dev, who I would call if I had not lost her number; WV, for helping me with; what is the difference between a French horn section and a '57 Chevy? …………You can tune a '57 Chevy. I call that clever. Last but not alphabetically; big Red, who proves you can have dreams if you are prepared to work hard for them. I call that; a damn fine show.

Next week; the extraordinary number of crew who have cute puppies.

Hey, can anyone help me download pics from my computer? I have an old imac & I thought this was supposed to be easy! But nothing I do works! I was just trying to download my little 'joke' of a pic to the liner here, but nothin' doin'. Anyone got any ideas? If it helps, I scanned it onto the computer. No big if ya don't know. I just hate when I can't do something!
