My fiance has friend who has computer knowledge and at times she ask him to do some related updates on her PC. It was just looking into her device manager and saw devices installed like: PC Power Interface, Terminal Server Device Redirector, and noticed he had her computer setup in a business network setting. All the files have a Ex: Slave 22 and 21 identifier to them. My question is if this computer is setup in that manner does that friend access her computer files? I'm obviously not a computer tech and some of these devices may be necessary for the PC to function. Thank you!!!

If you let someone with computer knowledge play around with your computer, you had better be able to trust them.

If such a person wanted to spy on you, they could easily install software that wouldn't show up in the device manager (or anywhere else).

I think this question may be better suited for the "Relationships and Marriage" section. Where I would tell you that you should talk to your fiance about being suspicious of her computer savvy friend.

I think your fiance should respect your feelings.
