Hi
Could someone please edit this passage meant for Grade 3 students for me. Thank you very much.
Peter is eight years old. He was fat and many people called him ?'Fatty'. Although he was angry with them, he continued to eat a lot because he enjoyed eating, especially junk food such as potato chips and nuts.
Peter did not play games in school because he could hardly run. He was very fat and was exhausted soon whenever he ran. He also walked slowly and clumsily because of his weight. At home, he watched television while eating his snacks. His parents advised him to eat less, but he did not listen to them.
One day, Mr Wee, his form teacher, decided to talk to him about his obesity. He told him that being fat was not good for his health and that fat people became exhausted very easily. He also told him that that to be healthy, he has to eat less. He should not eat junk and oily food. Instead, he should eat more vegetables and fruits.
Peter agreed with his form teacher and decided to lose weight. He cut down on snacks and junk food. Instead, he ate more healthy food like fruits and vegetables.
A few months later, Peter became no longer fat. In fact, he is now slim. He can walk and run faster and is no longer clumsy. He is able to plays games with his classmates. He is now healthy. He was happy that he had listened to his teacher's advice. Nowadays, none of his classmates calls him ?'Fatty'. He is glad that he is close to his classmates who once called him ?'Fatty'.

Hi Contrex
Many thanks for editing the passage. I agree with the corrections you've made.
Best wishes

Peter did not play games in school because he could barely run. He became exhausted whenever he ran and walked slowly and clumsily because of his weight. At home, he often ate snacks while watching television. His parents advised him to eat less, but he did not listen to them.
One day, Mr Wee, his form teacher, decided to talk to Peter about his weight. He told him that being overweight was not good for his health and that obese people became exhausted very easily. He also told him that to be healthy, he had to eat less. He encouraged Peter to eat more vegetables and fruits, and stay away from snacks and junk foods.
Peter agreed with his form teacher and decided to lose weight. He cut down on snacks and junk food. Instead, he ate more healthy foods like fruits and vegetables.
A few months later, Peter was no longer overweight. In fact, he became quite slim. Today, he can walk and run fast and is no longer clumsy. He is able to play games with his classmates. He is now healthy and happy that he had listened to his teacher's advice. Today, none of his classmates call him ?'Fatty', and he enjoys having their repect.

Is a "form" teacher a physical education teacher, a gym teacher?
Overweight is a much more polite word than "fat". Obese is a medical term, but better than "fat" when describing a person's body.
