My web site was created with Dreamweaver MX. The graphics need to appear in two sizes, a smaller (thumbnail) and a larger size. To have the best quality graphics, should I have two separate files for each graphic--one for each size, or is there a way in DW to make one file work for both sizes without degrading the quality too much?

You can change the image size tags and use the larger images only. Just make sure you keep the proportions right and the thumbnails shouldn't look too weird. Not sure why you'd want to do this though.
