Be forewarned I am not an advocate of Argumentum Ad Nauseam however I am not adverse to a bit of tongue-in-cheek as circumstance warrants. I also have a mild penchant for the comic Non Sequitur.

The Quintessential Shyster might well partake of the same from time to time, putting me in favored company.

Err... a statement of mine appears to have lead to you being upset. You then start a long conversation on it, make a number of vague assertions, fail to clarify when asked (or as above, give an answer that leads in circles), and come to conclusions based on those vague assertions.

That appears from my perspective to be disagreeing with your above assertion.

If you a not a fan, why are you engaging in such a way?

Hi Intrepid,

I was curious about what you were referring to, so I looked at the other thread you were contributing to. That thread has followed similar structural lines of my conversation with chumly, which makes for interesting reading as a comparison. This thread just became a lot more fun, though there doesn't seem to be anything more to be gained from it Very Happy

Arguing with Chumly is a lot like climbing a down escalator.

I will accept the title of Minor Luminary.

Of which the Jewish Russian contingent of the A2K is sure to embrace as the rare triple pun:

- It is self-descriptive within the confines of A2K!
- As those in the know may know I am an Electrician and thus provide lighting solutions!
- As those in the know may also know I am a working musician and have a penchant for improvising in the Dorian Mode (that being one of the minor modes built on the common major scale but starting on the second degree)!

I have heard the devil has a penchant for the triple pun in addition to his other as noted weaknesses.

An electrician could well be called a minor illuminary.

I am flipping between my sloppy typing skills and voice recognition software. My typing leaves random the's & and's and other flotsam and jetsam.
