If minors drink and then later go to a house to stay at for the night, but they did not drink at that house, can the owner of the property still get in trouble?
Housing a drunk minor is not illegal in WA State.
In New York, housing a drunk minor is illegal. I believe the punishment for this offense is forty flicks on the nut sack with a wet noodle.
I see two variables here:
What are the minors doing?
Just how drunk are they?

I don't see anything here that would make housing a drunk minor a legal liability. That doesn't mean you wouldn't get in trouble with the kid's parents but it's not illegal.
