Where can I find a good favicon generator?

Any graphics product that saves or converts bitmaps to .ico extensions will work equally well...

Try one of these first, however:

http://tools.dynamicdrive.com/favicon/
www.favicongenerator.com/
www.favicon.cc/

Then to ensure that it's easily found... post some code like this in your header...
