I need the answers to these riddles....I do not have the answers....but I will know if you get them right (i know...it sounds confusing, but there is a website with these riddles that is secure access and if I input the correct answer it will tell me)

1. Born in Philadelphia November 10th, and are always faithful, name the tavern and discover the musette de cour connection, and that which came before the wine.

2. Charged with maintaining peace and security, five permanent seats and ten temporary seats, Church House was first, what is the family name of the partner to where no man has gone before.

The riddle makes me think it has something to do with the USMC pipe and drum band.....but i cant get any variation of that to work.

The second one makes referance to the UNSC.....

It is the Tun Tavern.

Quote:
On November 10, 1775, Robert Mullan, the proprietor of the Tavern and son of Peggy Mullan, was commissioned by an act of Congress to raise the first two battalions of Marines, under the leadership of Samuel Nicholas, the first appointed Commandant of the Continental Marines. Nicholas's grandfather was also a member of the Tun Tavern Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons and it is this relationship between Mullan, Nicholas and the Tavern which has resulted in Tun Tavern being acknowledged as the birthplace of the United States Marine Corps. There are an estimated three million active and retired U.S. Marines worldwide who have been exposed in their military training to the historical significance of Tun Tavern. Each year on November 10th, around the world Marines toast the Marine's birthplace on the most significant date in the history of the Corps.

"Musette de Cour" is a small bag pipe.

The answer to the second one is Majel Lee Hudec
Or actually HUDEC.

2. Charged with maintaining peace and security, five permanent seats and ten temporary seats, Church House was first, what is the family name of the partner to where no man has gone before.

On star trek she was Christine Chapel (Church house) As she has appeared in every series done on the Star trelk theme she is considered as the first lady of Star trek(was first).
Charged with maintaining peace and security, five permanent seats and ten temporary seats This part refers to the United Nations. There was a refrence to Christine Chapel getting a seat on the board of regents in one of the star trek movies. The board of regents is the same as our present day security council. She is also a defacto ambassidor of good will for our present day U.N.
The last part is self evident. She was the wife of Gene Roddenberry
Her maiden name is Hudec. Barrett was a stage name.
And I swear to you that Im not a trekkyII
Has anyone figured out the first one?
