alternative to winzip?

Winrar works with both.

Just google 'unzipping files software'..

if you go to the portableapps website, by adding ".com" to "portableapps," the you'll find one or two good solutions, i recommend trying portable 7zip. a lot of people like winrar, but i hate it.
