yes in fact it is...

The puzzle is the even numbers spelled out, typed on a phone keypad, which has the letters abc on 2, def on 3, etc...

"two" = 896
"four" = 3687
"six" = 749
"eight" = 34448
"ten" = 836

so the 20th number in the sequence corresponds to
"forty" = 36789
