How 2 download many pages accessed by single input?

How can I download multiple web pages which are accessed by giving some input from some other page?

For example:

I am a student and I was trying to access my and my class fellows result from

http://vulms.vu.edu.pk/vis/result/final/FinalResultStudentID.asp


I realized that putting (say) 100 roll numbers one by one was a laborious task. Is it not possible to download and save all the results at once using some software or some easier method? Roll numbers are in a sequence like "mc060400309, mc060400310, mc060400311 ... "

If it is possible please tell me how. I have felt similar requirement in the past too, and I am sure many other people also would like to know the solution to this problem.
