Pursuant to the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board is entitled to inspect CPA companies that audit public companies.
I think that CPA companies that do not inspect any public companies must submit to an inspection by a peer CPA firm.
Does the peer CPA firm issue a report on this inspection? Is it available to the public? How?
Actually, I've never heard of such a firm. Some CPA firms do not perform audits, in any case, so what would be the point?

Those CPA firms are not subject to peer review.
