When will Waluigi appear in a platformer?

Hello. I'd like to know when will Waluigi appear in a Nintendo platformer?

Well...
Your guess is as good as ours.
Whenever Nintendo decides to put him in one. I doubt we'll see him in one for a while (in the same way luigi rarely has a game of his own).

But if he does appear in one, I think it'll be in the next Wario game.

i havnt played or know THAT much about walauigi but to me he feels like an Add On That nintendo Did just for another Mario Charector....Doesnt seem all that original to me.....

Wario was supposed to be an "evil Mario", so Waluigi is supposed to be an "evil Luigi".

Warui is the Japanese word for evil.

Luigi is pronounced like "ruiji" in Japanese.

Warui + Mario = Wario
Warui + Luigi = Warui + Ruiji = Waruiji = Waluigi

The W is Wario's name is an inverse M, and Waluigi is supposed to be an evil Luigi, so he wears an inverse L. It's continuity of theme.

It would be cool if you could spell his name, Γuigi, but that wouldn't make much sense in English.

Someone said that they were going to call him Ruigi since the Γ looks like an R, but that would be redundant in Japanese-I think that was just a rumor.

They did say on some Nintendo site they were going to call him Warluigi. Razz
