Nothing's happened there in forever though. I think activity stopped around when subscriptions stopped being available -- I'm not sure. I've lost track of when things happened on the gradual (oh so gradual) shift to the new site.

That happened a number of times today with me too. Sometimes you get that message when a topic is temporarily locked while one of the hamsters deals with an obnoxious post (usually by deleting it). It's hard to believe that the "usual suspects" in trivia and word games were all that badly behaved today. Perhaps it has more to do with the new system not having all the bugs worked out yet.

My question is this.
Why the hell the guests(67) are not enthused or motivated to participate in this forum?

The guests are usually bots, sent by Google to comb through the site and pick up new links. There are also some people not signed in who are viewing the site (from work, perhaps).

One more critical question please.
We have enought podiums/platforms to exchange our views.
In my case i use politics as a platform (not congeniial.)
Now my question.
In politics the number states like this
480946----12867
in trivia
613445----1928
How come the visitors or the active A2K members discord/ignore a subject like politics and concentrate on trivia?

In the time it takes to copy and paste a political article or type out your own paragraphs on a political subject, the trivia word games can be viewed and answered a dozen times. The only thing that slows down the trivia gamers is the time it takes for the pages to load.

Politics is adversarial, Trivia is friendly.

Politics is contentious, Trivia is... trivial.

Politics requires a position, Trivia requires... trivia.

I can dance according to the tune of others.
But I have some trivial civil moral courage to expose the barbaric culture we all face around us(US)

If you don't like the US (quite apparently), there's the door. There are plenty of other places to visit.

The above quote( quite apparently) degrades your rational thoughts.
Doesn't matter.
I am not here to preach sermon nor i am here to disturb the tranquility of this forum.
Iam here to get educated from the participants..

You rant against the United States and against capitalism, as though the United States were solely responsible for capitalism--so you might quibble that you don't preach sermons, but you spend a hell of a lot of time ranting. Usually, what you do is copy and paste someone else's sermon to these fora.

The notion that you come here to be educated by the other members would be hilarious if it weren't so pathetic. If someone actually bothers to respond to the copy and paste jobs you do, or your personal ranting, you sneer at them or lash out at your bogeymen, as though the other member were responsible for those whom you despise and fear. I've never seen the least evidence that you seek to be educated by other members, and when Americans respond to you to tell you that the United States does not resemble the picture you paint, you heap disdain on them and all but call them liars.

You've got serious problems if you call what you do here learning.
