Help. I love limericks. Somehow, I forgot a line of one of my favorites.
(first or second line is missing) The rhyme scheme is AABBA
????????????
I sat next to the duchess for tea.
????????????
Her rumblings abdominal,
were simply abominable
And everyone thought it was me!
I sat next to the Duchess at tea.
It was just as I feared it would be:
Her rumblings abdominal
Were simply phenomenal,
And everyone thought it was me.
Limerick
You only need a first line, something like:
"Invited to High Society"
Etc. Etc.
Scat
Thanks a million. I've been going nuts asking people for the last couple of years.
Consider yourself a therapist.
There once was an agent named Smedly
Who passed nauseous gases quite steadily.
But he muffled them well
so that no one could tell...
