i heard this riddle on t.v but i neva got to hear the answer and i have no idea what it is so if anyone knows the answer i'll be soo grateful

i am always moving, yet slow to change my path,
i can cut through a rock, but i am soft to toach Question

you've never done a belly flop have you? i was thinking more along the lines of a santa clause, he has magic powers so he could own a rock, but he's so fat you poke him and he jiggles.
