It will continue, I just haven't come up with anything as funny to put on your page as what you put on mine...

So, the edits don't get attributed to the author? I still don't really know how to get around over there. But I look in once in a while.

Yeah...I can't figure the hell how to know how you tell who did what, or this "talk" thing.

Each page has a "history" link where you can browse the list of edits (attributed to IP addresses or usernames). Each edit has a "diff" link, which provides the "diff" (computer science term for textual difference) of the edit, showing you exactly what was added/removed/edited.

Lemme see if I can do this in language that even someone like dlowan can understand. ;-)

At the bottom of each page, you can see a link to the page's "history" in the site toolbox. On that page, you will see a list of edits, and you can use the "diff" option to see the difference between versions.

I see the edits, but not the who.

When the edit is done by a registered user, it shows their username, otherwise it shows their IP address.

Sometimes you'd need to subpoena an ISP to find out exactly who but thus far it's pretty easy for anyone to figure out.

Lol!

I suffer from subpoenas, not initiate them.

But teh who is easy to figure, so far.

He has an odd temperment.

i think wikiyourfriends is a great idea, but i'm not sure what the limitations are (i think i read about them once.)

i went there when i first came to this site, and it was pretty much empty. if it was my site, i'd remove most limitations on it and see what happened. but the last time i saw it, the biggest limitation was that you'd have to be the only one there posting... i should probably have a look at it again.

Even I knew that. You would think RP would have learned this from Jespah. Smile
