My question is. My sister has power of attorney of mom. i have 2 other sisters and a brother.I was told that i have a life right to the apartment that i live in it is currently in the will.. But my sister that has power of attorney over mom is trying to evict me out of the apartment even though i pay rent to mom to pay the taxes.. with a living right on the will can she evict me..
can my sister have other things taken off the will having power of attorney without mom knowing about it

A will doesn't take effect until the person dies. If your mother is still living as of now then the will means nothing. Once your mother passes away you'd have a legal claim you can press with regards to the apartment (assuming that what you've been told is correct - it may not be.)

I've never seen a Power of Atty that would allow someone to change the will of another person. I don't think one would be legally valid anywhere in the U.S..
