Has anyone here used Geek Squad for computer repairs? I had some problems setting up my appointment, then I had another problem, when the man showed up. He arrived just before the apointment time, then he sat in his car for 15 minutes never coming to my apartment then he left. So I called Geek Squad back and was told the work order didn't have my apartment number on it so the man tried to call me. I said, no he didn't. Come to find out they had a phone number of mine that I havent used in almost 6 years. They had no idea who gave them that number. They will be here tomorrow at 5:45. I hope I'm not making a mistake using them!
