Its from the Exorcist. It was a subliminal picture that showed up a few times early on, before Regan was really bad off. I guess its Satan just beginning to invade.

Pay attention when the mom comes in one evening, and the lights are flickering and the phone is ringing. Regan is upstairs sedated, and the mom's looking for the sitter. I think when she's in the kitchen trying to get to the phone, that face appears in the upper right part of the screen... or left, I can't remember. Anyway, that's one of the times I saw it.
