Cant solve this. A male actor,7and7.This drake gurgles. Please help.
Do you have any of the crossing letters or clues? How many letters is the answer supposed to be?
7 and 7 is a drink and drake is a male duck. After that, I'm not following it.
Is this a free tickets to a movie quiz? They certainly are being cryptic -- 7 and 7 could be for the movie "Cocktail" which is Tom Cruise or Bryan Brown but don't get the connection to drake. The only "drake" would be Larry Drake that I can think of but can get no connection to "7 and 7."
"Highball" is also a film title but don't get a connection to the "seven and seven."
Sorry but my original is the complete question. It is for a charity quiz.Dont know the prize.Have had about ten friends working on this for about 1 month.Must submit by 31/08/04.

Just 2 add it is not a crossword so no other answers help
If you have any of the other questions and answers, or the directions, that would be helpful. As it is, I cannot fathom how the question is supposed to be answered.
My guess would be "7 and 7" is the number of letters in two words - the name of a male actor, 7 letter first name and 7 letter last name? Gurgles sometimes means anagram- maybe you need to anagram "thisdrake" into something?
Or maybe the double (oh?) seven is a reference to James Bond? Or the movie "Seven".
Isn't a drake a goose? Maybe goose is important.
An example of some of the questions,
Q His squadron watered the Rhur valley 7&4
A Richard Todd(The dam Busters)
QA drab man from a hole in the ground4&4
A Brad Pitt
Q His name in a monks hat3&5
A Tom Hanks.
And so on.As you can see some are anagrams or part anagrams some are just straight answers.Sorry dont think I can help more.Still want to sleep at night. The one i cant get is getting to me.
To clarify it is two words 7 letters in eachI
