Hello

Sitting at my desk in my homes garage last night when a small pill of minute plant matter slightly larger than a BB came strolling from under my monitor. I had to wait for it to peek out from under its bundle but I was able to capture a picture at 50x magnification. I am situated in central Florida on the edge of a woods. But! I had just opened a box from China and it could have come from it.

Thank you for any help.

@rosborne979,
After poring over hundreds of pictures of antlions, none exactly like my picture I conclude that there are enough similarities on a whole to safely say that you are correct. Thank you.

@Charles305,
I was photographing something that looked a whole lot like that last year. I'll have to try to remember or find out if I ever ID'd it. While I'm doing that, you might find this website useful: http://www.projectnoah.org/organisms?category=invertebrate

@Charles305,
Here's the one I photographed: http://www.projectnoah.org/spottings/726936002

No ID on it, though.
