Live Action Movies:
'Up, Up, and Away' is a Disney Original Movie about a superhero family, but their youngest son (the lead) doesn't have powers.
'SkyHigh' - also Disney - is similarly about a kid with superhero parents who desperately wants powers. That one had a hero-trophy room, but I don't remember if there was a plane or anything in it.
Animated:
'The Incredibles' - another Disney - is about a hero family in witness protection, but they don't have a basement full of "spy toys" and the youngest kid is a baby.
Was the movie animated or live-action? Also, can you ballpark a decade?
