@izzythepush,
IF THERE IS NOBODY THERE,

THERE ARE NO EARS EITHER.

IF THERE ARE NO EARS,

THERE IS NO INSTRUMENT TO CREATE SOUND.

AGAIN - "SOUND", THE TERM, IS NOT THE SOUND WAVES THEMSELVES - "SOUND" IS THE PHENOMENON WHEN THE "EARS" PICK UP SOUND WAVES.

THIS RIDDLE ISN'T ABOUT LOGIC - IT'S ABOUT SEMANTICS.

A deaf man has ears. The tree falls down.

The deaf man won't hear the tree falling down.

Three smashed poor deaf man.

Deaf man was buried next day because no sound was made by the tree.
