How would each Immanuel Kant, Jeremy Bentham, Ayn Rand, and John Rawls,
View donald sterling based on their ethical theories (Utilitarianism, egoism, deontology, etc.) and how would they view adam silvers approach

None of them would care for Donald's racism. Simple as that. As for Adam Silver's approach, I have no idea who he is.
