In the movie "Colors" with Sean Penn

and Robert Duvall, they play this song at the beginning of it and I am wondering what the name of it is and who sang it. The only words I can remember are "In America" it repeats those words like its the chorus line but when i go to CDnow, I cant find a song by the name and all of the songs they say are on the soundtrack are not it.
