the worst leaders are simply 'born' to lead, the better 'learn' leadership; and the best are both.

leadership requires a certain charisma, which one either has, or one doesn't (you are 'born' with it).
This serendipedous quality, however does not proffer any particular ability to lead 'well'.
We learn from lifes experiences the 'wisdom' some are able to absorb into their beings, and it is this depth of personnality, which defines a true, visionary leader.
