I live simply in the mountains of northern California. I caretake twenty two acres of land for an older couple with my girlfriend and our dog, Gandhi. I am in constant search of health and well-being, which is not to say that I have not found it. But as surely as day changes to night, the complexities of our bodily systems change, and the balance of our minds change. So with each day comes a new journey into mind and body. With each day the mountain grows taller and the climb hopefully a little easier. Good luck to you all. Health and happiness. - Chris
