Previously physically challenged by a lifetime at the cookie jar, addicted to chocolate, sweets and candies, all the fatty things that taste so nice and do you in. Now well into male menopause decided to take up Triathlon at age 52-started training October 2003 for September 2004 first ever Triathlon.
Likes:- Open, honest people, doggies-much nicer than most people present company excepted, sunny and crisp days, running in the forest with the autumn sun warm on my face and the wind gently caressing my body.
Dislikes:- Politicians, politicians and politicians, duplicitousness, the poverty of most of the world and the West's apathy at it, authority figures, fixed procedures that make no allowance for humanity, prejudice of any kind.
