what am I missing? please dont say a cerebrum, when I post this it will be 11a.m. GMT, but when it appears on screen it will say posted at 3p.m.
Since the east coast of the U.S is 5 hours BEHIND GMT, and the west coast 8 hours Behind GMT, by my reckoning to be 4 hours ahead of GMT you would have to be approx 1000 miles east of moscow.
I haven't taken daylight saving into account because I dont know which states use it and which dont.
Didn't quite get the question, but remember the difference between degrees and miles. The higher the latitude, the fewer miles/degree.
Actually, Moscow is GMT +3 hours.
Kev, you can change the time zone in your Profile so that it matches your current time.
