He worked on some heavy manual outside work from 8am until 11 am with a short break in between.
Then he did a two hour twenty mile or so cycle ride with one of grandsons. Took grandson out for lunch in car and collected some bits and pieces he required. Did a two hour stint in garden. Went to gym. Used treadmill for 45 minutes. Weights for 30 minutes. Swim 20 lengths. Sauna, steam, jacuzzi, swam six lengths. Home now! Snooker later.
