There is courtesy, but there is also hystery. So when A posts a picture of B, and B takes offense at this picture and protests, it's hard to decide whether that reflects a lack of courtesy in A or an excess of hystery in B. I love B, but found the reaction largely inexplicable. I also think it was far enough out that A is overreacting as well and should resume posting pics.

We all make mistakes sometimes. (JPB alluded to the fact that I have a bad habit of reposting other people's photos.) Some restraint and courtesy is all that is necessary. I love to see what the other posters look like.
