Going to Sydney- help on accomodation

hi

i will be commencing my studies @ USyd this july. and will like to look at off-campus accomodation. however i do not have any frens or relatives in sydney. i'll like to get some advice here on it.

i'll like to stay near the uni, so that i am able to walk to sch and save up on the transport cost, preferably a fully-furnish room.

please advice me. thank you.
