Do you find difficulty in comprehending wit as a form of art?

Is wit as powerful as Seinfeld surmised?

Is this power of wit as surprising to you as it was to me?

Jewish culture is six thousand years old. Chinese culture is four thousand years old. What kind of food did Jews send out for on the Sabbath for two thousand years?
