Here's the conversation -- Mo = Mo and B = me:
M: <playing with a scarf> A's mom and B's mom wear scarfs on their heads like this.
B: Yeah.....
M: Why?
B: To show their devotion to God.
M: Who is God?
B: Some people belive God created everything on the Earth and in the Sky.
M: What's God's job?
B: I suppose God's job is to give people hope.
M: What kind of insurance does God have?
B: (!?!?) Uhhhhh..... <tempted to say he ought to have malpractice insurance> ..... errrr..... God doesn't really need insurance.
That seemed to settle things for him but it got me thinking....
What kind of insurance should God have?

Hmm could he have meant to say "assurance"? Maybe the question is how does God know he is getting it right? Perhaps Mo could clarify for us.
I'm curious about what Mo thinks insurance 'does'.
He's His own worst enemy. He needs insurance against Acts of God.
So let's see.... malpractice, catastrophic, celestial (you can insure that?), and acts of God insurance!
And AFLAC!?
I'm thinking liability would be a good one for him too.
I love the idea that he meant "assurance" instead of "insurance" but I'm sure I heard right. He had been asking me a lot about insurance this afternoon. He was particularly interested in life insurance. I don't know why.
I suspect he thinks life insurance means you're not going to die. You know, you're assured of continuing to survive.
PS God's got Liberty Mutual, at least that's what was common knowledge when I worked there. Gets a good rate, too, as he's a good driver.
