You asked about 52d.. 58d is remarkable thing. My answer is humdinger.

For 52d noticeably, I put in appreciably

I too think 82D has to be POINTED.

48 Ac: the US ravine: I've got AR_O_O so far, and
31 Dn: Stagehand: R_A_ _ E

Any ideas ?

For anyone interested, in Japanese the word "udon" is plural, but it can also be singular.
