Darkness upon the face of the deep (black holes on earth)

Science has now come up with a convincing new theory that we have black holes on the earth.

That these black holes (and there are white ones too) are theorized at being no larger than a pinhole and they are likely the reason for our earth's inclement weather in the Atlantic ocean and across the globe. They are tied into the gulf stream and they are within the earth they say. (I suppose with the time warp thing they will soon be convinced the earth is actually flat and twisted by time into a sphere.)

Spiritual parallels are that the Bible has talked about this darkness being here on earth from the beginning.

Lucifer and his angels were cast down to the ground and he walks to and fro here upon the earth. I cannot help but see that the prophecies thought dating to the beginning of human reason are still as truth today as they were six thousand years ago.

Ge 1:2
And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.

Where did you read this? Sounds like some kind of crackpot fantasising by a stoner. You should give sources, or else people will think you are a tin-foil-hat wearing lunatic.

Indeed, one should not shoot the messenger, but the message. However, the message is clearly wrong, and the messenger continues to follow the message, then the messenger is at fault. Nevertheless, as long as the message is not shown to be wrong, the messenger is not at fault.

How exactly do these black holes influence the Earth? The black holes only have gravitation force, and that depends on the mass of the particles. The black holes need to be very massive in order to influence anything thus, because gravity is very weak. Small black holes are surely not-so-massive, and therefore cannot do much.

Other than that, they can suck things in. However, insodoing they would gain mass. This would increase the volume contained by the event horizon of the black hole. This would cause the black hole to suck in more and more things. Since the black hole would have already fallen to the center of the Earth, the black hole would continue to consume the Earth's inner and outer core, and then the mantle, and finally the crust, and then the atmosphere. But then, of course, the Earth would be gone, even if the moon still continues to revolve around the black hole.

If that is true, then the Earth would have been gone already, assuming that the black hole has ever interacted with any particle of Earth.

The link points to a History Channel DVD of a show, just aired, which seems to have a little bit of science mixed with a great deal of hokum.

It reminds me a bit of those books by Erich von Daniken that were so popular in the 1970s and 80s.

Quote:
Earth's Black Hole DVD

* Consult with experts from Harvard, Cardiff University and the US Geological Survey.
* Could supernatural events on Earth be attributed to black holes?
* Journey on a research ship through the Bermuda Triangle in search of the unfathomable.

From the depths of space to the hidden corners of our planet, THE HISTORY CHANNELĀ® illuminates the most powerful and puzzling physical phenomena of our universe: black holes. Are they abstract, astronomically distant celestial bodies or do they directly affect our lives here on Earth?

EARTH'S BLACK HOLES takes you to the mystery-shrouded Bermuda Triangle to answer this question. As long as people have journeyed through the Triangle, bizarre and unnatural events have befallen them. Despite hundreds of efforts to debunk the region's claim to supernatural phenomena, its legend persists.

THE HISTORY CHANNELĀ® turns its incisive and comprehensive lens on this baffling region to see if there are indeed any similarities between the supposed forces in the Triangle and the destructive force of a black hole. From a research voyage through the Triangle to interviews with world-renowned experts, this open-minded, scientific examination goes far beyond the event horizon to explore the secrets of this fabled area.

Explore the outer limits of the known and the unknown with EARTH'S BLACK HOLES.

Na you are all off. The show has no hocus pocus. It is completely based on science.

It is talking about smaller black holes.

You will leave this show a complete believer in black holes on earth.

I would never have watched a show on the Bermuda triangle but if you draw a line from the trench off Puerto Rico directly through the earth you come out in the Mariana trench. The trench is due to the plates drifting apart.

They suggest in the show through magnetic science that there is a wormhole through the earth that connects the two trenches.

SPACE,, the final frontier...

Any "scientific " subject that is premiered with the Art Bell group of broadcasters is, after all, great science. No doubt.

Well hell's bells FM, Smile

Check out the show before you shoot the messenger. Check out the list of scientists that contribute. It is quite plausible they do not so much go into the time aspects of black holes and they do not quote Bible verses (as I do). Smile

They also do not pause long on the disappearances of Bermuda claiming that things that go into a black hole do not necessarily return.

It is not pseudo science it is plausible physical earth science having to do with the properties of mass and magnetic vortexes..

They also say the black hole is tied into the Atlantic ocean stream currents tsunamis and hurricanes. The only reason the Bermuda triangle is mentioned is because that is where the trench is as the devil's triangle is where the other trench is on the other side of the globe off the coast of Japan.

As I have already proven, this is impossible.

Small black holes only have gravitational force, which is very little. If they are to influence anything, they must have sucked something in. And if they do suck things in, they would have become bigger, and sucked more and more things in, and Earth would have been gone.

Black Holes! Of course! That would explain global warming, the ozone hole and pollution! It's not us after all! Boy I feel better. Now I'm going to burn some fossil fuels.

Black holes may be the "science" that might explain "how" global warming will effect the earth.

Did you ever consider there could be a balance of the energy and mass on the earth keeping the black holes at equilibrium?

Two black holes could become stable at a certain threshold we do not know where all of the matter sucked into them goes. This theory deserves as much credence as others.

Small black and white holes could explain the earth's isostasy.

More is known about the moon than the earth.

The balance that caused life to explode on earth is completely veiled from modern science. Everything is a guess and many things seem plausible.

Something as small as a black holes smaller than a pin hole deep within the earth can explain much of why these trenches are so deep.

Science has predicted radical weather possibilities in light of these new discoveries of micro black holes on the earth.

True. Being a lunatic and wearing a tin-foil hat does not automatically render your opinion useless......but......
