Interesting information about some home affairs in Afghanistan
Hello there! A few days ago I was chatting with a pal who lives in Afghanistan, Kabul. We talked for a few hours about this and that and there were a lot of very interesting things that the man told me about Afghanistan's home affairs and relations between the U.S. and Afghanistan. For a while, I left it aside. Now I have digested what we talked about and decided to summarize it and post here as it might be of interest for visitors of this forum.
So, according to my Afghan friend (and he says he is quite well-informed of the current situation in his country), U.S. security services together with authorities of Kabul have stepped up their efforts in destabilizing the situation in north Afghanistan. In particular, through the intermediary of Pakistani security services, Americans run negotiations with leaders and warlords of the Taliban movement and the Islamic Party of Afghanistan led by Gulbadin Hekmatyar. My friend says that Americans want talibs and Hekmatyar's militants shift their terrorist activities up to the north of the country. As far as I understand, Americans would also like form mutually beneficial mechanism of delivering up southern provinces to extremists and creating conditions to engage them in central government authority and country bodies of power. Americans call this a peacekeeping mission! LOL
This is it. Thank you for attention
